Apply for the 2025 ISTAT Foundation Board of Trustees

The Nominating Committee invites you to submit your application for the 2025 ISTAT Foundation Board of Trustees. Candidates will be voted upon at the March 2025 board meeting by the ISTAT Board of Directors.

The Board of Trustees will serve a three-year term starting in March 2025 and ending in March 2028. Applications must be submitted no later than Friday, August 30.

Eligibility

Per the ISTAT Foundation bylaws, the trustee must be an ISTAT in good standing. Non-members may only be elected by unanimous decision with the understanding that he or she brings a special expertise that is not readily available from the ISTAT membership. Non-members are not eligible to serve as officers or committee chairs. Additional information on the election process can be found in the ISTAT Foundation Bylaws under Article V.

Meeting Frequency and Commitment

The Board of Trustees will meet at least four times per year, or as needed. Candidates must be committed to devoting their time and energy to help carry out the ISTAT Foundation’s mission to support the future of commercial aviation through investment in learning and development, as well as social responsibility, utilizing funds and resources from the ISTAT community.
